regular staff training on AML legislation updates (once per quarter)
initial staff training — all basic requirements for companies in the UAE according to FATF standards

Submission of STR (Suspicious Transaction Report), SAR (Suspicious Activity Report), Name Match and Partial Name Match reports on the GoAml portal (any cash transaction over AED 55,000 requires such submission, as well as transactions that are atypical for the client's profile)

  • Assisting customers in gathering documents to verify UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner)
  • Repeated screening of customers/suppliers as list updates become available

Conducting transactional activities for customers and suppliers:
  • Assessing transaction risks
  • Creating a Risk Assessment Form for each customer/supplier
  • Assisting in completing KYC (Know Your Customer), CDD (Customer Due Diligence), and EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) files. The customer collects data from their customers.
